All about leadership
What are your current leadership challenges?
Dear Reader,
I am new to substack. I am curious how this will work. I am thinking of you, dear reader - and leader. What are your challenges right now?
My current clients are leaders of teams and companies, with up to several thousand people. Small and medium-sized organizations.
Some typical challenges they are dealing with:
Creating psychological safety with their teams;
Supporting those who are not opening up;
Managing cash in challenging times;
Being fast enough to react to changing market and client demands;
Improving processes, making them more efficient;
Increasing the profit to revenue ratio.
I could name so many more leadership challenges. For instance:
How to I lead the next difficult conversation with one of my employees?
How do I tell my Co-Managing Director that he is covering his team’s low performance behind his “success-mask”?
How do I deal with my narcissistic boss?
These and many other issues and questions come up in my conversations with leaders. When we go more deep questions as these come up:
What is my purpose in life?
Why am I having such a difficult to deal with person next to me?
Are my current challenges a reflection of my inner mindset and habits?
How can I become more happy?
At the end most conversations lead to the opportunity to discuss together how you, the leader, can free yourself up from your own limitation and be able to make use of your full spectrum of skills and personality, how to fully utilize your potential.
I will write more about these themes in the coming blogposts.
With warm greetings,
Alexander
